Seeing all of 2026 in a single view makes it easier to spot the clashes and the gaps early: the week where three deadlines land together, or the stretch of months with no time off in it. Teams use these calendars for project timelines, shift schedules, vacation cover and content calendars, and they work just as well one person at a time for coursework, training plans or family commitments.
How much room you need for entries decides the layout. One page puts the whole of 2026 in front of you at once, two pages give you six months per sheet, and four pages devote a full quarter to each sheet with the largest day boxes of the set. Federal holidays and long weekends in 2026
Independence Day 2026 falls on a Saturday, and since a Saturday holiday is observed on the Friday before, it appears on all these templates as Friday, July 3, with a long weekend attached. Fridays work in your favor from June onward: Juneteenth on June 19, the observed Independence Day on July 3, and Christmas Day on December 25 all land on one, giving 2026 a run of three-day weekends that costs no vacation days at all. Veterans Day is the only holiday to fall on a Wednesday, on November 11.
