Each file covers a single month, which is what makes these different from a year overview: every day gets a box big enough to actually write in. Appointments, deadlines, shifts and reminders sit where you can read them at arm's length, and the weeks either side of the one you are in stay visible without the rest of the year competing for the space.
Whether you need a monthly calendar for work, a study schedule, a content calendar, a habit tracker or somewhere to keep the family's appointments in November 2019 straight, these blank pages give you a starting point rather than a system to learn. While our weekly calendars suit detailed day-by-day planning, a month to a page is the level at which deadlines, rotas and commitments become comparable — close enough to see the detail, wide enough to spot what is coming.
Each calendar is a .pdf file that opens in any browser or PDF reader on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android, so there is nothing to install. The layout is fixed and sized for US Letter paper, which means what you see on screen is exactly what comes out of the printer.
Federal holidays and long weekends in November 2019
November 2019 carries two federal holidays: Veterans Day on Monday, November 11 and Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 28. Veterans Day brings a three-day weekend at no cost in vacation days. With Thanksgiving on a Thursday, one vacation day on the Friday after makes it a four-day break. November 2019 has 30 days and 21 weekdays, 19 of them clear once the two federal holidays are deducted.Ways to use a monthly calendar template
- Business and professional planning
Map out meetings, deadlines and active projects for November 2019, or use the page as a shift schedule, staff absence tracker or timesheet. A single month is short enough that a whole team can work from one printed copy without it going out of date. - Personal and family organization
Keep appointments, birthdays, school runs and household jobs in one place, and put the month up where everyone can see it. Fill in what you already know about November at the start of it and add the rest as it arrives. - Travel and vacation planning
Block out the days you are away in November, then fit flights, accommodation and connections around them. The month view also works well for a wedding, a house move or anything else with a run-up rather than a single date. - Academic and school scheduling
Lay out study sessions, homework deadlines, exam dates and reading, and see at a glance which weeks of November are heavy before they arrive. - Nothing in the way of your own notes
The calendars are blank where it counts, with nothing printed across the dates, so every box is yours to write in by hand. Print a fresh copy at the start of November, or as often as the old one fills up, and pin it to a wall, a bulletin board or the side of a desk where you will actually look at it.

Software and file compatibility
Every template is saved in PDF (.pdf) format, the ISO-standardized document format (ISO 32000) that every device can open.- Nothing to install
The file opens straight in the browser you are already using, on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android and Chromebook alike, in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Most computers also have a PDF viewer built in, such as Preview on a Mac or Microsoft Edge on Windows, so a double-click is usually all it takes. - Or use a dedicated PDF reader
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, and free alternatives such as Foxit Reader and Sumatra PDF open these files just as well. None of them is required: use one if you prefer it, not because the template needs it. - Open it from Google Drive
Upload the file to Google Drive and you can view and print it from anywhere you sign in, on any device, without installing anything. - Printing from a phone, tablet or Chromebook
You do not need a computer to get the template onto paper. On an iPhone or iPad, open the PDF and choose Share, then Print, and any AirPrint printer on your Wi-Fi will pick it up. On an Android phone the same works through the print option in the share menu. On a Chromebook, Ctrl+P sends it to any printer already set up in Chrome. If there is no printer within reach, save the file to a USB drive or email it to yourself and print your template at the office, at a library or at a print shop.
