The .xlsx files open in Google Sheets with the layout intact, so you can fill the template in from a browser on any computer, tablet or phone without installing anything. - Free alternatives
If you don't have Microsoft Excel installed, use Microsoft 365 (formerly Office Online) or a free alternative such as FreeOffice PlanMaker or LibreOffice Calc, both of which open our templates without formatting errors (OpenOffice Calc unfortunately has formatting problems). - Legacy systems
For older versions (Excel 2000, XP, 2003), these files can be converted easily or used via Microsoft 365.
